As a team, we have quarterly meetings where we discuss areas in which we can improve our practice and improve the care we provide to the community. We welcome your feedback along with any suggestions which may help us better serve you.
Please raise any issues with either your doctor, practice manager ( or locate the contact details at our self-check-in desk for the contact details of our appointed community contact person who will liaise directly with the appropriate person in our practice, anonymously if requested. They will also be able to update you as to how your suggestion or issue has been acted on and/or resolved.
