The clinicians have quarterly meetings where they discuss areas in which they can improve their practice and improve the care they provide to the community.
They welcome your feedback along with any suggestions which may help them better serve you.
Please raise any issues with either your doctor, business manager (kim@newportdoctor.com.au) or the reception team – which can be dealt with anonymously if requested. The business manager, Kim will also be able to update you as to how your suggestion or issue has been acted on and/or resolved.
A patient feedback box is also available in the waiting area of the ground floor if you wish to communicate this way.
